C3 Frisco is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.

Dr. John Burpee

Interim Senior Pastor

Dr. John Burpee has been married to Nancy, 45 years this August. They have two children and three grandchildren.

Dr. John G. L. Burpee is the Founder and President of Destiny Churches and Ministries International and is a pastor to pastors. He serves others by empowering expectation to achieve their God-assigned destiny. John has been used powerfully by the Lord to help churches during times of transition and difficulty.

Kendra Grosso

Worship Director

Kendra Grosso is 20 years old from Crawfordville, Florida.

Kendra is a licensed pastor through Destiny Churches and Ministries International.

Kendra graduated from the Ramp School of Ministry in May of 2019 with a diploma in worship and performing arts.

Kendra is passionate about leading worship in a way that is pleasing to the Lord and ushers in the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Josh Stigliano

Children's Ministry Team Leader

Josh Stigliano is 39 years old. He is originally from the north east Delaware and Maryland.

Josh has a BA in Children's Ministry from the University of Valley Forge.

Josh's goal for the Children's ministry is to help build and facilitate a children’s ministry environment that is not only fun but both physically and spiritually safe. Where the Word of God is taught and opportunities to encounter the Spirit of God are provided.

It is Josh's hope and prayer that the children in our ministry know Him (John 17:3)

and grow in their knowledge of Him (Ephesians 3:16-19)

“That they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.” (Isaiah 61:3b)

Sarah Martin

Children's Ministry Team Leader

Sarah has worked in children’s ministry for two years for Upperroom Frisco, assisting the director in curriculum development and instruction. In addition, she has five years of experience assisting with children in afterschool programs, as a teacher and age-group leader.

When Sarah was eight years old, she and her mom began fostering young girls in their home. Sarah played the role of “big sister” to 16 girls, two of whom became her younger adopted sisters.

Sarah’s passion for children began at an early age. She enjoys sharing the love of Christ and teaching children to pray and listen to the voice of God.

Sarah will graduate in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Science from the University of North Texas. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Collin College, where she was enrolled in numerous elementary education courses.
